Data Intelligence Software Engineer

Job Description:
“Turning Data into Information” requires the ability to capture the data, analyze it, organize it, and make it discoverable in real-time. As part of the Data Intelligence Team, you will leverage your experience in data management, mining and integration, content analytics, machine learning, and/or enterprise search to build the core of an entirely new class of products.


  • Develop core components that extract actionable knowledge from unstructured data.
  • Be responsible for components in the system from the design phase through to the end customer site deployment.
  • Ability to work independently and also work collaboratively to guide other engineers. Be willing to take on any engineering tasks that support progress towards the goals of the team and the company.
  • Participate in technical communication with customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with other parts of company including product management and marketing, customer support, and sales.


  • 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing and optimizing large and complex software modules
  • Experience with search engine technology, such as Lucene/Solr/ElasticSearch/Sphinx

File System Software Engineer

Job Description:
As part of the File system Team, you will have the opportunity to enhance our enterprise class platform and deliver new capabilities in a variety of areas ranging from traditional file system protocols and distributed system software to creating new class of solutions that make “Turning Data into Information” a major value for our customers.


  • Participate in the design, development and delivery of features for our storage file system protocols and the core storage platform.

Sales Development Representative

Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving market share by setting appointments that build pipeline for the field sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and qualifying inbound leads, outbound prospecting via cold calling, and aligning to a geographic territory for follow up on general inquiries. 

The Sales Development Representative role will provide the knowledge and skills required for a natural progression into our quota carrying inside sales position.


  • Inbound lead qualification and follow up activity based on Marketing events and web site inquiries

Sr. Manager of Product Management - Storage

Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading the development of the DataGravity Discovery Series storage and application integration capabilities. This includes responsibility for core storage protocols, virtualization ecosystem integration, business continuity and disaster recovery, cloud support, application stack integration among others as needed.

Evaluates and drives product management processes (e.g., long term product strategic business and product requirement plans) with a team of fellow product managers and executive staff. Ensures the right blend of trade-offs to maximize the product impact in the marketplace (competition, timing, costs, internal capabilities).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of storage, DR, backup and/or storage product management / marketing experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Makes decisions, shapes and/or champions new direction for the product line. Supports business and product growth through strategic planning. A DataGravity Systems Engineer works with our partners and end users to realize the benefits of our products and solutions. An SE will work hand in hand with our partner community providing training and assistance as necessary to drive required sales results. Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional who can perform the role of a “Technical Support Engineer” for the Technical Support group. In this position, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, along with communication skills in a 24x7 environment.

In this role, the selected candidate will: 

  • Assist with customer problem triage and problem resolution
  • Work with Sustaining Engineers to provide tools, scripts, workarounds or software to solve critical customer issues.
  • This position will interact with both technical and non-technical personnel and must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Some local travel may be required.  Travel will be less than 5%.
  • Be available for off-hours support on an as needed basis.


  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a two year technical degree or equivalent working experience within a technology driven environment.
  • Minimum two years customer support experience in Storage, Server administration or networking help-desk environment.
  • In-depth knowledge in Storage technologies and/or networking technology is preferred.
  • Data center experience involving servers, storage, networking and overall configuration understanding.
  • Current Industry certifications are helpful ( Microsoft, Linux, VMWare, etc).
