Data Intelligence Software Engineer

Job Description:
“Turning Data into Information” requires the ability to capture the data, analyze it, organize it, and make it discoverable in real-time. As part of the Data Intelligence Team, you will leverage your experience in data management, mining and integration, content analytics, machine learning, and/or enterprise search to build the core of an entirely new class of products.


  • Develop core components that extract actionable knowledge from unstructured data.

File System Software Engineer

Job Description:
As part of the File system Team, you will have the opportunity to enhance our enterprise class platform and deliver new capabilities in a variety of areas ranging from traditional file system protocols and distributed system software to creating new class of solutions that make “Turning Data into Information” a major value for our customers.

Member of Technical Staff


  • Define, develop, and implement a GUI test automated infrastructure;
  • Develop tests and execute tests based on the test plans developed for GUI functionality;
  • Work with Developers to isolate and fix: GUI issues, performance problems, scalability constraints and data integration problems;
  • Perform regression tests for existing GUI features and functionality;
  • Create automated test cases using the Python scripting language along with C and shell scripting;

Job Description:

Sr. Manager of Product Management - Storage

Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading the development of the DataGravity Discovery Series storage and application integration capabilities. This includes responsibility for core storage protocols, virtualization ecosystem integration, business continuity and disaster recovery, cloud support, application stack integration among others as needed.

Evaluates and drives product management processes (e.g., long term product strategic business and product requirement plans) with a team of fellow product managers and executive staff. Ensures the right blend of trade-offs to maximize the product impact in the marketplace (competition, timing, costs, internal capabilities).

Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional who can perform the role of a “Technical Support Engineer” for the Technical Support group. In this position, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, along with communication skills in a 24x7 environment.

In this role, the selected candidate will: 

  • Assist with customer problem triage and problem resolution
  • Work with Sustaining Engineers to provide tools, scripts, workarounds or software to solve critical customer issues.
  • This position will interact with both technical and non-technical personnel and must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Some local travel may be required.  Travel will be less than 5%.

  • Experience with vendors associated to Storage, Data Protection, Virtualization, and/or Data Analytics technology strongly desired
  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of mid-market to enterprise solution sales; channel sales experience required with experience managing resellers at a strategic and tactical, transaction-based level
  • Proven track record of accomplished selling in the mid-market and enterprise accounts to IT infrastructure specialists and line of business decision makers; must have an in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues and their impact on enterprises at strategic and tactical levels
