Data Intelligence Software Engineer

Job Description:
“Turning Data into Information” requires the ability to capture the data, analyze it, organize it, and make it discoverable in real-time. As part of the Data Intelligence Team, you will leverage your experience in data management, mining and integration, content analytics, machine learning, and/or enterprise search to build the core of an entirely new class of products.

File System Software Engineer

Marketing Automation Manager

Job Description:
The Marketing Automation Manager role is responsible for the management and maintenance of our Eloqua automation system and the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated programs. This role will be the power user of our Eloqua10 marketing automation system.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day Eloqua10 system maintenance and configuration, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support
  • Technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of our Eloqua programs and campaigns
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, channel operations, product marketing, and web development) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
  • Configure and assist the Demand Gen team with the deployment of new marketing automation programs and help to integrate them with CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Collaborate with SFDC Administration on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration

  • Assess marketing automation user and functionality utilization; provide recommendations on how to improve in both areas

  • Advise on best practices and train marketing users on the Eloqua platform, including capabilities, asset creation, quality assurance, batch processing, and projected results
  • Monitor program status, identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend and implement corrective measures.
  • Document and organize all programs, assets, data cards, filters, contact groups, and email folders.
  • Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of solid Marketing Automation experience including:
  • Extensive knowledge of Eloqua. Eloqua10 experience/certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com – especially with regard to Eloqua/Salesforce integration - highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and implement a GUI test automated infrastructure;
  • Develop tests and execute tests based on the test plans developed for GUI functionality;
  • Work with Developers to isolate and fix: GUI issues, performance problems, scalability constraints and data integration problems;

Job Description:

  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of mid-market to enterprise solution sales; channel sales experience required with experience managing resellers at a strategic and tactical, transaction-based level
  • Proven track record of accomplished selling in the mid-market and enterprise accounts to IT infrastructure specialists and line of business decision makers; must have an in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues and their impact on enterprises at strategic and tactical levels
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology, experience with VMware, Microsoft, and/or Citrix is a plus
